BARLOW Andrews, Bolton accountants and business advisers, have announced that Mark Sheen is to join as a partner.

Mr Sheen, who is the immediate past president of the Bolton Society of Chartered Accountants, will become head of the Tax Department, allowing Philip Riding more time to develop the Litigation Support Department within Barlow Andrews.

The move will take place as soon as Mr Sheen's contract period is completed with his present firm, Cooper Lancaster Brewers.

Senior partner David Barlow said the move would expand the services offered to family and owner-managed businesses and professional partnerships.
