THE newly-appointed area manager for the Anthony Nolan Bone Marrow Trust, Julie Alderson, from Littleborough, is calling for members of Bolton's business community to join in a Krypton Factor course at Bury on June 27 and 28.
Julie has taken over the post of area manager for the North-west following the promotion of Steve Joyce, who was offered the position of senior area manager at head office in Harrogate.
With experience of raising funds for many charities, Julie has plenty of money-making ideas in store for the Trust and says: "I am absolutely committed to forming support groups and keeping the big events bringing in huge amounts of money.
"My next big event is a Krypton Factor assault course at Holcombe Moor Army Training Centre in Bury next month.
"We desperately need teams to enter so we can raise as much funds as possible. "There must be lots of fit people in Bolton who can help raise money and have some fun while doing so."
Further details are available by calling Julie on 01706 375701.
