BRASSY Bolton beauty Sara Cox has again been named one of the world's sexiest women. Sara, who rose to fame on Channel Four's controversial Girlie Show and now presents the Exclusive programme on Channel Five, is ranked at number 88 in the top 100 poll announced today. It is the second year Sara, 23, has been voted in the hall of fame by readers of FHM (For Him Magazine).
Sara is one of a number of North-west beauties featured in the line-up.
Big Breakfast presenter and Boddingtons girl Melanie Sykes, actress Anna Friel and Spice Girl Mel C are all named in the top 100 women.
But the honour of world's sexiest woman goes to American model and MTV presenter Jenny McCarthy.
Big Breakfast show presenter Denise Van Outen takes second place in the chart.
Most of the top 100 is made up of TV, film and pop stars and super-models, but Russian tennis player Anna Kournikova is also named in the poll.
Other highly placed Brits are pop star Louise (third), Titanic star Kate Winslet (17), actress Samantha Janus (21), Liz Hurley (24) and page 3 model Melinda Messenger (25).
Emma Noble, who recently announced her engagement to former Prime Minister John Major's son James, is listed as the world's 27th sexiest woman.
Anthony Noguera of FHM said: "Men say 's the sexiest of them all. But there are no losers in this competition. There are 2.8 billion women in the world and to be named as one of the 100 sexiest has to be every woman's dream."
