SIR: I was visiting your town of Bolton, being a resident of Lancaster, on Bank Holiday Monday, May 25, and decided to visit Moss Bank Park.
It was very busy, with very limited parking available. However, a family were getting into their vehicle, about to leave. I waited patiently for them to leave, so I could take their space, when a red car came up straight in front of me, stopped, and reversed into the spot for which I had been waiting patiently. Even more inexcusable was the fact that I had my son's disabled orange badge clearly on display, as he is mentally handicapped.
Consequently, I had to wait for another vacant spot, as the appallingly selfish behaviour of the vehicle owner had left a bitter taste. I was going to have some words with him, but I did not wish to sink to his low levels - that of probably not being a member of the human race.
So, owner of the vehicle, I trust you are aware of the extremely poor view my family has of Bolton, due to your selfish, pathetic display of goodwill, towards someone less advantaged than yourself.
