SIR: May I, through you article in the BEN entitled 'Points of View' express my thanks to the three people who helped me when I fell and broke a leg on Monday, April 27, near to Stapleton Avenue. The two ladies with dogs and the man from 'The Highgrove' kindly helped me, calling an ambulance and notifying my husband.
It is very gratifying to meet such kindness from complete strangers, especially when one hears about acts of violence in today's world. So again I thank these people for their kindness.
I am now home from hospital and am also grateful to the staff of Ward G3, doctors and surgeons
