STAFF at Little Lever's Hanburys have officially turned the place into a 'super-store' . . . after being judged the company's best branch in the region. Manager June Marshall's winning smile says it all as she and her staff scooped the top title in the first-ever Hanburys' North-west branch of the year contest. And as their reward, June receives £1,000 worth of vouchers, and the remaining employees, £50 worth of vouchers each.
The award was won on points scored throughout the year and Little Lever staff beat 29 other Hanbury stores for the title. All aspects of the staff's work was taken into account.
Staff even encountered 'mystery undercover' shoppers.
June said: "This is like winning the lottery to me. It makes all the hard work worthwhile."
In addition, staff have also been collecting for cancer research throughout the past year and raised about £500.
