PUB company Tom Cobleigh is holding a Bolton open day tomorrow for staff interested in working in a new outlet due to start operations next month.
The £2 million family-orientated pub is on Bolton Leisure Park, Watersmeeting Road -- part of the Tonge Valley development.
Prospective staff are being invited to meet the company's recruitment team at the Pack Horse Hotel, Bradshawgate, Bolton from 11am until 7pm tomorrow.
Tom Cobleigh needs prospective deputy managers, full and part-time chefs, commis chefs and kitchen staff, cleaners and bar/waiting personnel.
"We are confident we will find ideal employees among the candidates in Bolton who will build careers in the pub industry," said recruitment officer Sharon Steele.
"The pubs are large operations that require strong teams of committed staff." The Bolton pub is part of a £10 million investment in the North-west by the Rank Group subsidiary.
It will follow the Phantom Winger in Preston and Mascrat Manor in Woolston, near Warrington.
More information is available on a recruitment hotline -- 01604 745062/061.
