BUSINESS people from all over the North-west descended on Bolton for the Business Voice '98 Exhibition at the Reebok Stadium.

The two-day event was officially opened by the Mayor of Bolton, Coun Peter Finch, and was labelled a "great success" by organisers.

Bolton metro's leisure services stand was awarded second prize for its display -- a Conference Exhibition and Corporate Health and Fitness theme -- and it also held a prize draw for a variety its products and facilities.

The winners of the draw were Nicholas Baxendale, from Donnelly's Chartered Accountants, who won a family ticket for four to the Albert Halls' pantomime; Julie Connolly, from BTG Training Services, won a Christmas meal for two at the Albert Halls; Daniel Robinson, from Viscom Design, won free health screening and a month's trial at Bolton Excel; Ian Littlewood, from Bolton College, won one month's free pass to Lifestyle Fitness Plus at Horwich Leisure Centre and Ben Howarth, from EEF Lancashire, won a family pass to The Water Place.
