THERE has been increasing speculation in Denmark over the weekend linking Lyngby striker Carsten Fredgaard with a move to the Reebok. The Danish club are currently enjoying their midwinter break and they had a delegation of officials at the Reebok on Saturday for the Portsmouth game.
And Fredgaard, who has been linked with Wanderers in the past, was also an interested spectator.
That led to press speculation on a possible deal for the Danish under 21 striker but Colin Todd laughed it off as "pure coincidence."
Apparently Lyngby sent a delegation to the Reebok on Saturday building on the good relations that were formed between the two clubs when they transferred Jensen to the Wanderers while Fredgaard was there as a guest of Jensen, a close friend.
