Come off it Modern life has dealt a blow,
about computers we must know.
Keyboard skills not easy to learn,
But for its knowledge we now yearn.
All must seek to master it,
As kids know to their credit.
Easy learning is now the norm,
IT's just a choice as to what form.
Mums and dads, grandparents too
Chance to see what they can do.
Fingers will stumble on the keys,
As teachers we try hard to please.
Eyes flicker paper to screen,
To do well we're ever so keen.
Blurry eyes then signal success,
Though we've been at it to excess.
At last we can process word,
We are no longer 'the nerd!'
We've conquered computer lingo,
Now lets get off to bingo!
