I REFER to Gina Cook's letter (BEN, January 6).
I must agree about the bins for poop, but please can they be designed so that the bags cannot be removed by children and flung all over the footpath. This is what happens when bags are put in the bins in the park near us.
I am happy to know I am not the only one in Bolton picking up after my pet. I have been laughed at so many times, but I would rather that, than leave it, like the dirty beggar who lets his dog foul my back step every night.
So Councillors, you say no dog mess is to be left anywhere.
What about bins for us, or do you expect us to walk about with it in our pocket?
