COLIN Todd will run the rule over two prospective signings at the Reebok trials tonight.
The Wanderers boss has two trialists - Danish right-back Peter Degn and Cockney striker Danny Brown - in his reserve team for the Pontins League game against Coventry.
Degn, a highly-rated U-21 international with the Aarhus club, is the latest Scandinavian to attract Todd's attention and could be available on a free transfer under the Bosman Ruling.
Brown, an 18-year-old East Ender, had a trial in the Reserves last month and has been called back for another try out.
Iceland international Birkir Kristinsson, signed on a short-term contract, will make his Bolton debut in goal with Jimmy Phillips, Ricardo Gardner and Eidur Gudjohnsen making up a strong second-string line up.
The game was switched from the Spotland Stadium - Wanderers' regular home venue this season - at Rochdale's request to ease the burden on their pitch during the bad weather.
Meanwhile, the Bolton hierarchy appear to be in no rush to respond to Arnar Gunnlaugsson's shock transfer request.
"We'll sit down and discuss it next week," Todd said after describing the 14-goal top scorer as "greedy" in rejecting a lucrative new contract offer.
In the meantime, Brondby's top scorer Bo Hansen, valued at £1 million is expected to return to the Reebok later this week to discuss the personal terms of a possible transfer.
Wanderers' 4th round FA Youth Cup tie at Millwall has been set for Tuesday, February 2. Should a replay be required that will be played at the Reebok on Monday, Feb 8 (ko 7pm).
Saturday's Academy fixture against Aston Villa has been switched from Accrington Stanley to the club's Euxton Training Centre (ko 11am).
