A BOLTON firm is looking for a local man called Alf Price . . . to make a spectacle of himself. The Vision Express chain of specs retailers is running a quirky TV ad which features a customer asking to see some "Alf Price" designer frames - a twist on the company's half price frames sale. To keep the festive spirit alive, the company's outlet in the Market Place is searching for a real Alf Price in Bolton and if he wears glasses they will give him a free pair of frames.
All Alf needs to do - if there is such a man in Bolton - is roll up at the Market Place branch with proof of identity.
