Louise Tansey looks at life in the 3Ds area - Deane, Derby and Daubhill TIME is running out for businesses in Deane, Derby and Daubhill to get a handy cash boost for improvements to premises.
Courtesy of the 3Ds Partnership Team, grants are available from SRB funding for shop front improvements, refurbishing or extending business premises, or crime prevention initiatives.
But once the 3Ds Partnership dissolves in 15 months time, SRB funding will come to an end and much of the business support may cease or be severely restricted.
The 3Ds team is advising businesses to act now as many of the more popular grant assistance schemes will be committing their allocations way in advance of the deadline next year.
A 3Ds spokesman said: "If you've been considering any kind of improvements to your business premises you need to act now. Many of the more popular grant schemes will be committing their allocations way in advance so don't miss out."
