is being planned I AM trying to contact some old friends of my husband for a Millennium Reunion.
The first being Mr Colin Wade, who was our best man at our wedding on July 28 1956 at Wythenshawe, Manchester.
He worked with us a Metro Vickers in Manchester and at the time we lived in Bolton.
My husband was his best man about three years later. The last time we saw him he lived in Bury and had twins who will now be in their late 30s.
The second person is a Mr Colin Schofield who was an old cycling pal. The last time we had contact with him was just after he came out of the army after serving in Malaya.
They were both keen members of the Horwich Cycling Club for a number of years before our marriage.
We have moved around the country over the last 40 years with my husband's work but still have family and friends in Bolton.
It would make my husband's day to be reunited after all these years.
