BOLTON'S latest nightclub, Atlantis, off Watersmeeting Road, opens its doors to the public for the first time tonight. And they've got a terrific line-up of live acts to ensure an evening of non-stop boogy. First off the starting blocks is Blockster, fronted by legendary nutter Brandon Block. Block is probably one of the most entertaining and unique DJ/producers ever to have emerged in the UK. He's best known for his uplifting party music behind the decks, but he's also infamous for his havoc causing antics when on the other side! So watch out. You Should Be, which is currently riding high, is Brandon's first production as the Blockster.
And Blockster will be joined by chart toppers Ruff Driverz, famous for their dance music, which has won plaudits across the board from DJs including Healy and Digweed.
Ruff Driverz, who are Chris Brown and Bradley Carter, were one of the headline acts at the Radio One New Year's Eve Party. There were 25,000 tickets available for the night and they had completely sold out in an amazing 48 hours.
Sounds like a night of amazingly good dance music to me.
