I AM writing again about my disgust on the proposed development of Lee Hall in Westhoughton.
The scale of this proposed super estate and industrial estate is absolutely enormous and taking up so much greenbelt land is pure greed.
Westhoughton would be like a concrete jungle with roads and facilities nowhere near adequate enough to take all this building.
I can only echo Cllr Chadwick's comments and ask all the residents of Westhoughton, Daisy Hill and Atherton to write to Bolton's Environment Director Mr Ray Jefferson, asking for the 1,100 home housing estate to be taken off the planning document.
I have got together a petition of more than 1,000 names only to be told that it will count as only one objection, so it is very important for every resident to send in their objections to Mr Ray Jefferson to show him our true feelings.
