CALLING all budding adventurers! What were your New Year's resolutions? If you've already forgotten about all those plans to get fit, support good causes and see the world, the you'll be interested to hear about a very exciting challenge.

Picture yourself cycling across the Caribbean island of Cuba, winding your way through rural Cuban towns and villages, breathtaking mountain passes and lush tropical landscapes before soaking up the sun on soft sandy beaches. Or maybe you'd prefer trekking along the Great Wall of China, exploring the hidden riches of the Forbidden City and following in the footsteps of China's great emperors. You could even be exploring the volcanoes and geysers of Iceland, across frozen icecaps and past bubbling thermal springs, or crossing the Arabian Desert by bike, visiting the ancient city of Petra and discovering the legends of King Solomon.

I'm calling on all adventurers to meet the challenge of The National Deaf Children's Society, see the world, push yourself to the limit and raise vital funds for deaf children.

The National Deaf Children's Society is dedicated to empowering deaf children and their families to overcome the challenge of childhood deafness. Now more than ever they need your help to continue their work.

That's why I'm lending my support. How about you? Call 0870 1290111(24hrs) for your free Global Challenges brochure.

Join The National Deaf Children's Society charity challenge for an adventure which will change your life and the lives of countless deaf children in your area. If you only keep one resolution this year, make it this one!
