NATWEST Equity Partners has announced the institutional buy-out of the family-owned IMO Car Wash Group in a transaction worth £138 million.

The Group, which is the largest conveyor car wash business in Europe, has more than 400 sites in the UK and continental Europe, including two in Bolton.

It was one of the first major cross-border transactions to be financed in part by euros.
