And Bolton Council is taking the problem seriously. They are providing poop scoop bins as part of their programme of ridding the streets of dog dirt.
Good. Conscientious dog owners already clean up after their pets. Let's give the other kind no excuse for not doing so. It is the owners who are to blame, not the animals.
