Life is full of choices,

We'll always have to make,

But knowing which the right one is,

A risk we have to take.

While standing at the crossroads,

Thinking "which way shall I go?"

Can be a daunting task for you,

I've been there and I know.

You'll ponder on deciding

Which pathway you will tread,

Will you go right, will you go left

Or just forge straight ahead ?

Each choice becomes a pathway,

As yet to you unknown,

It may be uphill all the way,

You'll struggle on your own.

It may be smooth and even,

And happily you'll say,

While dancing merrily along,

"I'm glad I came this way"

Sometimes you'll take the wrong path,

And sadly you'll regret it,

But even God can't change the past,

So don't lose heart, forget it.

Believe in your decision,

Whatever else you do,

Whichever path you take in life,

The choice is up to you.

Each path in life is open,

For this you must rejoice,

Thank God you have the option,

Of the freedom in your choice. By Marjorie Holder
