THE team in the flight centre at Thomas Cook in Bolton has just won three awards for an outstanding performance during 1998.

They are:

Two tickets to Europe with British Airways for an outstanding contribution to the airline.

Two tickets to anywhere in the world with British Airways for best improved performance compared with 1997.

Two flight tickets to the Caribbean for beating 22 other branches to win Flights Department of the Year within Thomas Cook's North-west region.

Flight centre consultant Robert Higson said: "We are absolutely delighted with the prizes and thrilled that our hard work in sales and customer service has been rewarded in this way.

"I'm looking forward to booking an exotic flight for myself for a change."

The Manager, Julie Nickerson, said" "These awards reflect the quality of customer service offered by Thomas Cook and clearly demonstrate how enthusiastic and professional the team are here in Bolton.

"Everyone here is really proud of them."
