DUBLIN-based hotel group Jurys is to open its latest Jurys Inn on April 16 in Great Bridgewater Street, Manchester - near the Bridgewater Hall.
The £15.6 million project involves 265 rooms with a fixed rate of £55.
There will be 130 employees recruited from the Manchester area.
Jurys Inns will then be offering three-star accommodation in eight city centre locations - Manchester, London, Edinburgh, Belfast, Dublin, Cork, Galway and Limerick.
Marketing and Sales Director Niall Geoghegan said: "The Jurys Inns brand has proven its appeal to both business and leisure travellers in Ireland.
"We are now building on this success by making the product available in key cities throughout the UK."
