FIRST it was the dogs, then it was the pigeons and now we have the cats. For goodness sake let's leave the poor animals alone. Of course they make a mess, but so do humans.
And Bolton Council who want to protect old buildings (the Town Hall) especially from the pigeons, have lost many old buildings over the years and sold off ancient protected land, Birtenshaw being a fine example.
In my job as a carer with vulnerable people, I come into contact with human faeces and urine every day. What am I to say to these people? Ugh! I don't want to clean up that mess!
