BOLTON may not be judged worthy of a Millennium grant, but one Bolton scheme is scooping up a hefty £106,000 from Europe.
Good luck to the Heaton Fold Nursery and training Centre where jobs are created for people with learning disabilities.
As Cllr Mrs Prentice Howarth said, these people are not second class citizens. They have a right to proper training to get a job where they can earn a decent wage.
