AUSSIE Heath Cruickshank is back and raring to go as Leigh Centurions look for their third win in four Northern Ford Premiership games. The big Aussie suffered a broken jaw in Leigh's opening league game of the season against York, but makes a welcome return at Rochdale Hornets tomorrow.
He is named on the subs bench but will not have to wait long to get back in the action.
"They put nearly 100 points past us in two games last year so I will be looking for an improvement on that," quipped Leigh coach Ian Millward.
The Aussie has instilled a new steel into his young side who bounced back from the heartbreaking last ditch Challenge Cup defeat at Widnes to edge home against Whitehaven last week.
"The lads are full of confidence at the moment. It was a tough one last week but the lads handled the mental part of it and are doing enough each week to show me they are improving," he said.
For the first time this season Millward has been able to name an unchanged starting line-up. Donlan, Purtill D, Purtill K, Hendrick, Hadcroft, Patel, Hilton, Street, Murray, Whittle, Liku, Kennedy, Fairclough. Subs: Pucill, Cruickshank, Ingram, Arkwright.
