Through hazy rain and faded light
End of day nearing night.
Mine eyes were clear and open bright,
When'st they beheld the rarest sight.
I spun my head to look once more,
My husband faint upon the floor.
Was I dreaming I wasn't sure,
As my pulse raced the brain was sore.
I had no camera, what could I do,
It passed so fast it nearly flew.
A rare rare sight I never knew,
I spotted the elusive bus - B2.
Now times I've tried to catch one on time,
When having trouble with that car of mine.
Hours on end I've stood in line
I've cried to the heavens - give us a sign.
Now believe me people it was true,
I dare not tell a lie to you.
Although I'd heard there were but few,
I believe I saw a bus - B2. By Yvonne Naylor
