A NEW rock band has been formed recently at school.
Liam Murphy (Year Nine) and his friends started it. They are called Brink.
Liam plays lead guitar and sings backing vocals. James Jackson plays bass guitar, and Andrew Quinney plays backing guitar and sings backing vocals and Paul Gaskell plays the drums.
The boys have played at various concerts and hope to play at local schools in and around Chorley and rehearse in school and in their garages! They play mostly rock and heavy metal music, playing a lot of Oasis and Blur songs.
"We are great mates who get a kick out of playing music," Liam told us.
The boys have also done a performance during their English lesson. "It was brilliant," said members of the band.
The boys enjoy their music and so do we. We hope the lads are a great success and we hope to see more of them in the future.
See you on Top of the Pops boys!
