A GOLF-coaching course will begin at Albany after Easter. Every Wednesday from 3.30pm to 4.30pm a professional coach from local Chorley club, All O'th 'Hill, will give golf tuition to any interested pupils.
This will cover everything from basic rules, care of equipment, technique to completion of score cards and the various types of competition.
Lessons are aimed at leading to Golf Foundation Merit Award Scheme qualifications. Golf clubs and balls will be supplied.
Golf can be an expensive sport and access on to courses for young inexperienced golfers can be difficult. This is an ideal opportunity to
experience the game of golf under expert guidance.
Hopefully pupils will enjoy themselves and possibly take up the game in the future.
