I WOULD like to go one better than the letter recently sent in by Mr Sidebottom.
My aunt, Miss Lilian Costello, who worked in her younger days and still lives in the Deane area, also attended Pikes Lane School like the rest of the family, one brother and two sisters.
She will be 99 years old on April 29. Could this be the oldest living pupil/
