BUSINESS in the Community is urging companies in Little Hulton and Farnworth to help boost social and economic regeneration.
The national not-for-profit organisation is developing a Business Support Group.
Pamela Lewis, the Business in the Community Development Manager in Little Hulton and Farnworth, said the Group, which would be led by businesses, would provide a networking opportunity and a formal link between business and the communities.
The organisation has already engaged businesses in the area such as Barclays Bank, Bolton Evening News and Sketchleys Textile Services.
They are looking for others who want to play their part in the project.
"This is an exciting opportunity for businesses to be involved in developing healthy and successful communities, from which the businesses can also benefit," Pamela said.
Her telephone number is 01204-792-764.
