WOULD you like to be the proud owner of a fantastic Olympus camera? I though so. All you have to do is enter the eyewitness/RSPCA Young Photographer Awards.
The Awards are sponsored by Olympus, and the winner not only gains prizes for him/herself but for their school too.
Entering couldn't be simpler. Send in as many photos as you like for one or all of the categories which are:
ANIMALS ON LAND - ANIMALS IN THE AIRS - ANIMALS AND WATER
You have to enter in your age group of either under 12 or 12 to 17.
To enter, send your photograph(s) with the categories on the back, your name, age, date of birth, address, telephone number and where you saw the competition advertised to: Publications Department, RSPCA, Causeway, Horsham, West Sussex RH12 1HG.
The overall winner will receive a complete set of Dorling Kindersley Eyewitness Guides (worth over £1,000) as well as a £250, DK books and an Olympus IS-200 camera for himself. The winner from each age group will receive £100, DK books and a Mju Zoom 105 Olympus camera. Finally your runners up in each age group will receive a Mju II 5mm Olympus Camera.
The closing date for the competition is September 17, 1999, so dig out your cameras and get snapping.
Good luck.
