CHORLEY Council are spoilsports.
If we had a decent shopping centre in Chorley and they had encouraged large stores, for example BHS or Marks and Spencers, they wouldn't need to worry about people shopping elsewhere.
Instead we have a draughty cold shopping centre and half a market due to the bigger car park.
Who wants to shop in Chorley anyway? I don't. They have much better shopping and parking facilities in Preston and Bolton.
