BRAINBOXES at two Bolton pubs have put the town on the map by gaining pub customer service awards.
Bar staff at the Finishers Arms are convinced that between them they can remember all their regulars' favourite tipples after EIGHT of them gained membership of the Inn Partnership 100 club.
The team at the Church Road pub took just one week to each memorise 100 customer names and their drinks.
Phil Nicholson, Caroline Dearden, Jeff Brierly, Lee Seel, Diane Shaw, Sara Boulding, Charlotte Jones and Rosemary Leach all passed the test.
Licensee Greg Martin runs the pub with partner Rosemary Leach and encouraged them all to tackle the challenge.
Four staff at the Beaumont Arms in Armadale Road, Ladybridge, have picked up the top Inn Partnership award for memorising the names and drinks of at least 250 regulars each.
The memory masters are Mick Ronsin, Wendy Yates, Hilary Wilson and Christine Clark.
