NEARLY all Bolton drivers admit to breaking the law by speeding regularly, according to a new survey.
The AA study has revealed that motorists speed mainly because they cannot understand the reasons for the limits imposed on many roads.
Another common reason given is that modern cars are capable of stopping quicker than cars when the limits were set.
The AA has recommended that more explanation is given next to speed limit signs, such as "school", "severe bends" or "dangerous road."
