IT is time that something was done to to stop the incessant parking of cars in Dorset Street. It is beyond redemption.
Commencing at 7.30am car doors are banging constantly until all the space is full at approximately 8.50am. One has no alternative but to rise whether one wishes to or not. The cars remain until 4.30-5pm.
Tenants are also using other tenants' space. Facing me there are families with three cars to one house. At weekend, Friday to Sunday, the cars again keep one awake until one o'clock in the morning with the same banging of doors. Come on Council do what you have done on the Jubilee/Paderborn Court, Moor Lane and issue us all with stumps outside our homes with keys that would willingly be paid for by householders yearly. Give us the right to have visitors. Let our street become a street not a car park.
Get your act together please.
