BRITAIN will be flooded writes Frank Rushton (Your Views, September 6).
We are flooded already. The National Health Service is near to breaking point; more children are on the poverty line; pensioners are struggling to make ends meet. People died to give this country freedom, not so that we are 90pc ruled from Brussels. Some people would like people to work so that we can supply all and sundry - all those who think they have a right to settle in this country to take all and give nothing in return. We help wherever it is needed but that is not enough. People are coming to get the lot, so if you are sick or disabled you must find work or be penalised for living in your own country. People get a house and all other benefits that they are not entitled to. These are not just refugees, but people who come to visit relatives then conveniently forget to leave. Then the Government wonders why the national health and other institutions are coming apart at the seams because of lack of money. I wonder why ?
