DISABILITY takes many different forms, but the one thing that we all have in common is that we have to fight for everything, including our dignity.
Disability is not something that people ask for or want. You are born with a disability, or have an accident.
A disability does not make you a second class citizen. Many of us were able to work before having an accident. A good percentage of disabled people would like to work but most must retrain to do a new type of work, because we cannot do our previous jobs. This does not mean that we are past our working life or cannot learn a new skill.
So come on all you bosses out there, don't forget us,
