PARENTS in Belmont and Turton will have to stump up an extra 50p a term for school milk. Starting from the beginning of this new school year, parents of children under eight who attend primary schools in the Blackburn and Darwen area will have to pay £3.50. Those on income support will continue to receive free milk. The rise is blamed on an increase in the cost of milk and a reduction in the subsidies,
