AS a sequel to my last letter, I wish to say congratulations to the water engineers who have solved the problem of getting the fountains' water level at last.
Now it's a real treat to sit beneath the trees an Victoria Square after a tiring day's shopping and enjoy the sound of those cascading fountains on those hot sunny days recently. It's even better when sunlight adds its special magic to the streams of glistening waters. Again, well done.
