BOLTON Premier AODS have had to replace two of their male leads in West Side Story at short notice.
Because of illness the singers playing Tony and Bernado had to drop out and they will be replaced by David Whitehead and Ward Croasdale respectively.
Ward, who regularly appears on TV, has just returned from the Edinburgh Fringe Festival with two awards, and David returns to the stage following his success as Jesus in Godspell.
Marje Brayshaw directs and the musical director is Steven Sharples.
The productions will be at the Albert Halls, Bolton, from Tuesday, October 5, to Saturday, October 9 (with a matinee performance), and tickets for the show are selling fast.
Tickets from 01204 842678 and 364333.
