THE popular Coniston 14 race around the shoreline of Coniston always proves a testing course for the runners.
Chorley Harriers sent a team to fly the black and white flag.
Graham Stephenson's training for London appears to be coming along nicely as he completed the race in 1 hour, 34 minutes. Jeannette Coleman followed in 1:41.
At the Haigh Hall relays, Chorley Harriers turned out four teams with the A team finishing 24th place.
However, due to an error in the results, it had the men's "B" team finishing third in the ladies division.
Representing the club were: Keith Johnson, Gareth Booth, Lee Meredith and Pete Gillham Dave Lee, Rick Bennett, John McDonald and Rudi Brits Sarah Scarrott, Claire Goulding, Maire Alcroft and Lisa Unsworth. Caroline Fitch, Stephanie Brits, Vicky Burton and Cheryl Pope
