TOMORROW the joint choirs of the Boys' and Girls' Division of Bolton School, together with a parents choir and an enlarged joint orchestra will perform one of the great masterpieces of the choral repertoire, Haydn's Creation. John Davenport, Director of Music in the Girls' Division, will conduct.
More than two hundred people will be taking part in the performance in the Victorian Hall, Knowsley Street, Bolton. Tickets are available from the Boys' Division reception -- 01204 840201.
Seen taking part in the choir's dress rehearsal at Bolton School are Judge Reginald Lockett and his grandson Andrew Lockett aged 11, who will be joined on the day of the concert by Andrew's father, John Lockett. Ref: H1278/30
