GUIDED walks and craft sessions are being provided this month by the West Pennine Moors ranger service.
The service, which is supported by North West Water, has organised a circular guided walk around Tockholes near Darwen on April 9.
The five mile walk will start at 1.30pm from the Roddlesworth Information Centre at the Royal Arms Car Park, Tockholes Road, Tockholes.
On April 16 local craftswoman Mary Rudkin will be demonstrating the art of silk painting on scarves.
The event runs from 11am-4pm at the Roddlesworth centre.
