A NEW report claims people in the North-west are a little more optimistic about the economic prospects for the coming 12 months than they were at the end of March.
London-based analysts Business Strategies say more people expect their household finances to improve in the next 12 months.
The report shows that more people are making ends meet and fewer are in debt.
But fewer are saving and they are less hopeful about job prospects.
