A YOUNG female shop assistant and a customer were threatened by knife-wielding thugs during a robbery in Unsworth.
Two masked men carrying large kitchen knives burst into Eton's Newsagents in Parr Lane at 1.50pm on Friday and demanded cash from the till.
The raiders grabbed £70 before escaping in a black Ford Fiesta.
Both offenders are described as white males and approximately 5ft 5 ins tall.
