SENIOR managers from First North Western Trains will hear rail users' gripes at first hand in Bolton this week.
Members of the management team will be at Bolton rail station from 4pm to 6pm on Thursday to listen to the experiences and concerns of train travellers in the town.
They have been visiting stations across the North West including Manchester Victoria and Chester for similar surgeries.
Managing director David Franks said: "Taking the management team out of the relative comfort and safety of the boardroom is an absolute must and serves to provide greater focus.
"Information gained at the sharp end is most definitely taken on board and often has a profound effect on decisions."
