WE would like to nominate as Rat of the Week the moron who stole the beautiful plants from our brother's grave in Heaton Cemetery.
We know it is no use appealing to their better nature because they haven't got one, but we hope one day, they feel the pain they have caused a mum and dad devastated by the loss of their son.
