A BOLTON-based executive search and selection consultancy obviously believe they've located just the right person in talented local artist Melinda Lee.
Matthews Harris Consulting on Lower Bridgeman Street is now home to three masterpieces by the professional artist. She has just completed her latest painting to help the company celebrate its fourth anniversary.
Melinda herself is celebrating her first year as a professional artist after graduating.
Her work caught the eye of company director Jacqui Matthews at an art exhibition at the Patagonia cafe in Bolton.
Melinda subsequently produced two canvas paintings themed on the company's black cat logo, and Matthews Harris' sponsorship of the "Thermopylae in the 1999 round-the-world yacht race.
And the traditionally lucky black cat must also be doing its work for Melinda. She's appearing in the Open Houses Exhibition 2000 later this month, and the Horizons exhibition at the Sui Generis Gallery (both in Cheltenham) in January, 2001.
