I WOULD like to say a few words about all the fuss over asylum seekers.
My friend is one and since he came to this country, from his war-torn home, he has not lived in a lap of luxury.
There are bits of carpet on the floor, no proper seats to sit on and he has to buy all his own pots and pans. All these people who write and say asylum seekers are lucky are very wrong.
He is glad he is in England now but he is not living in paradise. He misses his homeland.
